Louisville Body Contouring LLC is a Kentucky-based aesthetic and body-contouring studio offering
non-invasive cosmetic services, including but not limited to CryoSlimming, EMS Shape, and RF Skin
Tightening. By using this Site, scheduling services, or purchasing any products, you confirm that you
are at least 18 years of age (or have parental consent if under 18) and legally capable of entering into
this agreement.
2. Use of the Website
You agree to use this Site solely for lawful purposes. You must not use this Site in a way that could
damage, disable, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other person’s use. Unauthorized
access, data scraping, or duplication of Site content is strictly prohibited.
3. Appointments, Deposits & Cancellations
Appointments are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules must be made within the time frame stated in your booking confirmation
(via Vagaro or our booking link). No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in forfeiting your
deposit or incurring a fee. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their session shortened
or rescheduled.
4. Service Disclaimer
All services offered are non-invasive and cosmetic. Results vary per individual and are not guaranteed.
Louisville Body Contouring LLC’s treatments are not medical procedures, nor are they intended to
diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition or disease. By booking or receiving services, you agree
to release us from any liability arising from your participation.
5. Refunds & Returns
All service sales are final. Refunds are not provided for completed services, missed appointments, or
dissatisfaction based on subjective results. Product refunds or exchanges may be granted only formanufacturer defects within 7 days of purchase.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Louisville Body Contouring LLC, its owners, employees,
contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential
damages arising from your use of our services, products, or website.
7. SMS & Email Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receive appointment confirmations,
reminders, and limited promotional communications via text message or email. Standard messaging
rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message or unsubscribing
from emails.
8. Products & Online Purchases
Any products or e-gift cards sold via this Site or through Vagaro are subject to availability. We reserve
the right to cancel or refuse orders due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or stock issues. All sales are
processed securely via third-party payment processors.
